A MEMS Scanner is an optical device used to direct incident light in a desired direction. KOC’s 1-D MEMS scanners can modulate reflected light in a single axis. The KOC’s 1-D MEMS scanners feature fast & precise actuation, compact chip size with low power consumption. 1-D MEMS scanners usually applied for optical communication devices such as WSS, VOA, N x M switch, and tunable laser.
